Riddle & Finns

We had the great pleasure of dining at Riddle & Finns on a recent trip to Brighton, England. It might have been THE BEST seafood experience we've ever had! This restaurant specialises in locally and sustainably-caught seafood, all of which is sourced by Brighton and Newhaven Fish Sales, a family business that has been involved in the local fishing trade for over 200 years. The menu changes according to what the fishermen catch, and there is an impressive wet counter selling nothing but the freshest most gleaming fish. Roast hake with salsa verde and whole wok fried chilli crab are just two of the dishes on offer – you can also feast on oysters and champagne, and the deluxe Riddle & Finns fishcakes. Rest assured that this is some of the freshest fish money can buy – it has almost leapt from the sea on to your plate! If you do decide to venture out to Brighton make Riddle & Finns a part of your itinerary. You won't be sorry!

Nice! I like the fresh seafood you are soooo talking about, and those types of places are hard to find!

I mean 200 years? That is like a long... long ...time no? The company I work for has been in business for 110 years and that alone is extremely hard to contend with... by the competition and the reputation and espacially the credibility of the intent of the biz..... >___<

And besides fresh oysters and Salsa Verde???? Si!!! I am there!

Thank you for the cool comment on my blog and I hope to come back right away and also enjoy your nice thoughts on my blog.
Take care my friend,
